Really disappointing service

Really disappointing service. Products arrived, not as described- colours different to display and incorrect sizes- I have been trying to arrange refund for weeks and they refuse to pay postage, despite the fact their website says if the items aren’t as described they will do. I have sent the measurements and pictures multiple times and everytime I send a follow up email I get a response as though it is the initial email. They have even offered me to try just selling them on eBay. Never experienced such awful service.

Terrible return policy

Trying to do a return with this company is total BS. They want you to take a picture of the item, the shipping label, the tag, and the skew stating, "it's not because we don't believe you, but because we need to evaluate how the damage occurred." They said this even though I am returning it because I don't like the pattern, not because it was damaged. Plus, they then sent me another shirt which I did not order- so now I have two things to return. Definitely will not be using this site anymore.

They delivered my order to an old…

They delivered my order to an old address which I was changed before putting the order. I asked for a refund, but they keep saying call your local carrier to deliver it to you. I asked them how and I'm in another province, but their answer is the same. Don't buy from them!

Different styles at a good price

I have shopped from Newchic on a number of occasions. The products always arrive within 2 weeks, well before the expected delivery date. I have never been disappointed with the items I have ordered. I like that the designs are different from High Street shops. The items are good quality and the size I order (UK 10/12) is always the same size with each garment. I will always continue to use Newchic.

The quality of the shirts I ordered is…

The quality of the shirts I ordered is surprisingly good. I didn't like the fact that the fabric is fully synthetic for one item, the rest is great. Delivery took a long time But arrived with no problems.

This company is bogus...they will ship…

This company is bogus...they will ship out poor quality products charge you in GBP and expect you to return it to China...then they will not accept the goods from Customs China.Very poor quality service.Try not to go near them

Fun Products, Foreign Sizing

This was my first order with Newchic, I bought several cute t-shirts for myself. The shirts took a bit to ship out, but I am in the US and it seems they were coming out of China so this was reasonable. I contacted their support when I was worried about the shipment and was provided with a tracking number and shipping confirmation. The prints looked as advertized and were decent quality for the price, I am just a bit sad because they were still too small for me despite going a size up from my usual in US measurements. Hopefully they can provide a chart with metrics for sizes so people can choose the right size, this is why I am giving 4 stars, otherwise it was a good experience.

I would never order anything from them…

I would never order anything from them again. I was stalled with my return as well as refund! About 2 months only empty words and please wait! They gave me wrong information for the return and at the end you say it's my fault and money I have not received anything back! The maximum you want to give me is 50% and send me back the clothes I do not want! Absolutely no correct behavior and zero customer orientation! Never again will I order anything here!

hi i am from South Africa,my shoe size is size 6 in S A.What size can i order and how long does delivery take?

I ordered shoes and followed their guidelines regarding the shoe size, one pair was larger and the other smaller, neither one of them was made according to the size I had ordered. Do not purchase from this vendor at all you will get trash!

This Company is a fraudulent company they get your money never send the product or sent you something crappy and you will NEVER get your money back it's in CHINA. DON'T TRUST.

I placed an order over a month and a half ago and I'm still battling with them and paypal over it! Never received my items and i requested the money not be sent but paypal is finding in their favor even though I'm obviously not the only person in this situation based on the horrible reviews!
